Close to the Se Cathedral up in the Alfama district is the Santa Luzia viewpoint. Its view is pretty great, looking over the Alfama and the Tejo river. When we were up there we listened to a man play his guitar and sing while we enjoyed the view of the city and the river. It was quite relaxing and beautiful up there to say the least. Lisbon definitely offers a lot of stunning views.
